leviathan actually gives a shred of substance to the reaper plot thread, but from ashes is by far the best one.

I'd say Leviathan gives far more than just a "shred" to the Reaper plot. It explains pretty much everything about them.

that's what i'm saying. the base game doesn't tackle the reaper plot until the last ten minutes, where it completely destroys it.

Eh really? I guess Javik is cool but...Leviathan seems to benefit me more story wise and gameplay wise with the mods and more XP.

Eh since ME2 could've guessed their were giant space squids before. Not that they were the makers but seeing as there was no other ones and that Harbinger was the leader so he had some age to him.
