Would anybody like to see frostbite running in destiny?

Modificato da Nemo: 4/18/2014 5:16:06 AMUm... no, I don't think so. If this armor's anything like the MJOLNIR series, there'll probably be some sort of regulator for body temperature built into the suit. Possibly even a urine recycling unit for longer engagements. EDIT: Frostbite seems to be an engine, based on the comments. In which case, I'll decline to comment based on my general lack of knowledge about videogame engines. But I think it's a pretty safe bet that it's too late to swap something that big for something else without delaying the game again.

I don't want anything from EA or Battlefield 4 touching Destiny. That franchise is tainted and broken. It's a disgrace what they have done. No, whatever they are using looks insane. Unless they use Snowdrop. Now that is an engine I could get all up inside
-
1 RispondiProblem with Frostbite is that it looks nice and things explode well, but it can be very buggy and player models seem very floaty. Although I have yet to play BF4
-
I would rather see it in the next Fall of Cybertron game instead.
-
Because they have enough time to completely recreate the engine for a game that's about to ship.
-
No, I'd wanna see killzone shadow fall's engine
-
-
8 RisposteFrostbite is a shitty engine. Also you most likely don't even know what you mean by saying it should run on the frostbite engine.
-
It wouldn't work. Frostbite isn't designed for worlds, only big maps.
-
The snowdrop engine off The Division

Modificato da CaptainUse1ess: 4/18/2014 1:54:35 AMI think the "Snow-drop Engine" introduced in The Division gameplay from E3 would be better. Look at the video and it'll explain everything. Though I think the engine they're using is fine as well, just a thought.
-
1 RispondiWhile it'd add an interesting level of immersion I imagine most guardians will be wearing boots for the extra protection, so most likely no one will end up with frostbite from running.
-
7 RisposteWhat is frostbite?
-
1 Rispondi...how about they use the engine that they created and put tons of work into.
-
Modificato da COW GUY: 4/17/2014 11:27:09 AMNope. Only because it crashes like all hell. But the levolution would be a nice add
-
2 RisposteNah, bungie has a good enough engine
-
That doesn't mean what you think it means.
-
5 RisposteGrognok...bloody troll....
-
They don't need frostbite, they have an awesome engine perfect to building Destiny.
-
Not really. I like the way Destiny currently looks. To me Battlefeild's graphics are at the point where they try to hard to look real and just look fake to me. Also the lens flare is just obnoxious. The water does look amazing though, I will give it that.
-
I'd rather have Bungie's engine, I know it will be almost flawless. And I'm a HUGE BF fan. Frostbite has to many glitches.
-
Bungie's engines are usually perfect for running the games they make. Frostbite is just a regular old engine, but EA slapped a name on it to make it seem like a super special engine.
-
No..just no.
-
Rather see an engine the Bungie member poured their blood sweat and tears into creating
-
Frostbite isn't that great.
