Witch Queen Moths
I only have one left but it's from the Alter of Reflection. I've already done the WQ Mirror quest. Is there a other way to access the Alter and get the moth?

Work through the full campaign as well as there are various missions like 'Memories of Ruin', and 'Memories of Loss' as well. You'll eventually unlock a weekly version of the activity that you can launch into. If you've already done those then you should have 2 Altar of Reflection nodes on your Throne World map. Alternatively, feel free to join up on me (or I can invite you) and I'll load you into one.
