Quick question, can you do these things minutes after minutes, hours after hours, days after days, weeks after weeks, alone, and each time you DO get more powerful you have to make yourself weaker just so you can get more powerful gear that is of no use?

I mean , its hard to be truly 'alone' in a patrol, but a fireteam isnt required. Idk how long you've been around, but patrols and public events used to be one of the best ways to get exotics and reach soft cap for power level. And they were very fun, easy to farm and there's patrols and lost sectors to do if there were no public events up. If you're an oldhead like me, you'll remember that the best exotic missions were tied to patrol areas and special events
