Bolt Charge and PVP
Remove bolt Charge from crucible. If the dance machines were nerfed into oblivion for doing what they were designed to do, then this should be nerfed into the ground as well. Its just as much of a problem.

1 RispondiModificato da Zodleon: 2/18/2025 6:23:28 AMAs far as I'm aware they weren't nerfed to oblivion, just reduced how much dodge you get, still enough for me to get 3 in one trials round, and made it so it doesn't work with last word and dead man's, which was the best case scenario leaving it's other synergies untouched. They are still letting me do unfair things with a couple of guns. That being said make it so artifact perks don't work in crucible at all. Just kill that at its cause.

6 RisposteHonestly, they need to make pvp as a whole hardware. No abilities, no aspects, no fragments, no supers, nothing but you and you gun. They need to disable gun perks as well and the biggest thing they need to get rid of is the stupid aim assist and bullet magnetism. Make the player develope real skills.

I think many people have already said it: The core issue is the Artifact mod, not the Aspect. As far as I know, the Bolt Charge Aspect is about as effective as one of the Warlock's turrets (like the Solar or Aec buddies)

Exactly. Bungie is soo fad at nerfing any broken or not that worst for Hunters yet Titans are even more broken. Close quarters Titans have the advantage. Now with that Ark buff Bungie make it even more easy for Titans to get kills from far now. Do you guys see the trend? It’s been like this for years now but it’s getting worst in the last 2 years.

Is it limited to just low barricades? Seen alot of titans on those. Easy pickings for a sniper.

Storms keep is ridiculously OP, it's way worse than the hunters arc super before it got nerfed, or anything else that was recently nerfed for being OP, because it has a really high uptime. I did a bit of trials this weekend and way too many people were using it. If you combine it with that one relic mod that gives bolt charge more damage it's basically a OHK, and all you have to do is stand behind a barricade. Lol how did Bungie think this would be a good idea in crucible!? I won't be touching trials/comp until it's nerfed.

basically titans get unlimited golden gun but sure hunters are busted

Yeah it's very annoying! Vs a lot of titans sitting in the back behind their wall two tapping with jade rabbit because of it.

it does so little damage i dont know why people us it. the bolt does like 5 damage at absolute most and i think its less than that.

It’s definitely cheesy. I’d say just up the cooldown on the barricade in PvP by a good bit if you have the aspect on. Still strong but not something you can spam consecutively

Played a little IB today on my hunter. Didn’t notice as much. Seen a few titans busy their super early only to get killed by a stasis scout rifle

As an arc titan main, I agree. It’s so stupidly cheesy and it’s -blam!- up everything.

It was kind of ridiculous, but I can handle dealing it with it one time out of a 3 hour session. But, I didn't think RDM + Last Word was that bad, and I encountered that much more often. If I were encountering it more often, I might have a different opinion, but in my experience, at the current rate that I'm seeing it, it's not that big of a deal.

Just move around… and read the play… if you see the sparky barricade just don’t engage (either wait or look for someone else to engage). The barricade is not that long anyway… And the person must literally stay there in order to get that bolt. So it’s not that OP. People just need to learn how to play against it and read the engagement better. And the game extra damage is from the artifact anyway (so it’s only a seasonal buff).

They can fix this simply by: A) limiting the amount of damage boost the artifact perk gives in PvP B) limiting the max amount of bolt charges it can give you in PvP. Even if it could top you up to 9, you would still have to do some work to get to 10 for the ohk

Nah Arc is finally viable and it's only because of a seasonal mod. If they nerf it, I'm just going to go back to diamond lances ( which most will) , which is way more annoying.

bungie loves titans way to much so they wont get nerfed for like 5 more years and when we see a spartan armor set in the game.
