WHY are we nerfing combination blow AGAIN when consecration exists?
I'm already running combination blow less because it's easier and safer to just run something else, why are we continuing to nerf it more and more and more??? Consecration is literally clearing gms in less than 5 minutes. Why are we nerfing an ability that is only good SOLO?
COMBINATION BLOW IS ONLY GOOD SOLO. WHY ARE WE NERFING SOMETHING THAT IS ONLY GOOD SOLO???
Combination blow has received nerf after nerf while consecration has seen nothing but buffs. 100% just bias, no other explanation. I'm not seeing solo GMs where people are using combo blow I'm seeing sub 10 minute solo runs with consecration.

I don't agree with it needing nerfed, i'm just giving a possible explanation

5 RisposteProbably bc the liar's handshake + calibans hand exotic class item allows you to melee virtually everything even in endgame aside from end bosses and vehicles? My buddy mains a Hunter and that's literally all he was doing for the last several months since a few weeks after TFS launched. Hunters are the better titans which invaded their whole class should be distinct argument about twilight garrison way back. I'm a titans main and I don't really think there's much point in the class with hunters being the better melee class and being more resilient in battle than titans.

2 RisposteIt’s funny hunters getting a nerf for a change and yes it isn’t warranted in this instance bungie has just lost all concept of how to manage this game from stupid nerfs never get a balance one character always leads the charge, and I love the pvp posts where ppl say no cheating devices that modify aiming or the use of a mouse and keyboard on console is cheating too bad really such potential but they just keep getting out of touch with the main player base and see the twab all these patches did these idiots patch the glitches tonic crafting or do I not have the ability still to make tonics on my titan another poor example game management

1 RispondiD2 players fault.. people playing hunter too much nowadays and Bungie will always focus on most used class..plus Titan mains are crying in Forums Youtubes that hunters do everything titan does but better etc.. like they facing an identity crisis.. The issue is we don’t see what our classes lack rather focus on why other classes doing better…

To add insult to injury, Hunter roaming supers are kinda trash tier, compared to Titans and Warlocks. Some buff. Lol

I’ve been running my Hunter lately and it feels weak. Guess I know why, and now it’s even weaker? Great. I’ll just play less than what I already have been. -blam!- Bungie.

But it's not a fair comparison, consecration alone is powerful, and this season we got easy access to weaking through gls Hunters prismatic kit choose between syntho or liars, combination blows uptime is basically unlimited without needing to spec, always has access to weaken through stylish executioner, darkness debuff through dodge compared to titans needing to use a grenade All in all, arc Hunters combination blow should never be touched and I wish they could separate the nerfs But prismatic Hunters have some much stacking compared to titans who can throw grenade every 20ish seconds on the high-end. Also Hunters definitely still have best usage of 1-2 punch shotty, the couple solo speed runs I saw they weren't using shotguns

4 RisposteI feel like Consecration in it's base form is fine. It's when you can stack three charges of it with Inmost/Synthos on the class item and also spam it with Transcendence that it becomes insane. I wouldn't be surprised if we got some kind of cooldown increase when using Frenzied Blade with Consecration and maybe a nerf to the damage increase Biotic Enhancements gives Consecration. Maybe also a small nerf to Transcendence energy gains (especially on Area Denial GLs) globally?

Yup. I don't even run Arc Hunter, and I think this nerf is BS. They hit it hard enough with the nerfs at the beginning of the season. It damn sure didn't need this, too.

I could see it because that’s kind of the Titan build. Not a lot else worth a damn in high end outside of some fringe situations imo. I even love the unbreakable and shield buffs, but their usefulness is far and few between
