Why does my pc crash/freeze randomly when playing d2?

It happens most of the time I play. It can be before I login, after I login, during regular gameplay, standing around the tower for a bit, etc. It doesn't matter if I play by myself or with friends, it'll just crash/freeze my entire pc. Sometimes, my pc even decides to go entirely black and the case fans go at max speed, which I then have to hold the power button to force shut down because I cant do anything else. Idk why or how it happens, its completely random. I searched through so many places with no answer. I asked my friends who also play pc if it happens to them, it's just me. This doesn't even happen on my Rog Ally X. And it's only Destiny 2 (and rarely Blade & Sorcery) that does this, not any other game I have does this to my pc. my specs if needed: CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 3.4 GHz 8-Core GPU - XFX Speedster SWFT 210 Radeon RX 7600 XT 16 GB RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws V 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Mobo - Asus ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II PSU - Asus TUF Gaming 750G 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Another thing, I get the Strict NAT warning when I login, though I still get the things I guess I wont have like it says in the FAQ, like not being able to see other players and connecting with them in the tower. I can see and connect with others just fine. Idk if it's relevant my current issue, just thought I should say.

  • Hi there! Strict NAT is a networking based issue that may limit the players you can connect to. You may need to reboot your network equipment to ensure that there is nothing that is using the network ports Destiny 2 uses to connect. For more information, please review the Advanced Troubleshooting Guide, linked below. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049496751-Advanced-Troubleshooting-UPnP-Port-Forwarding-and-NAT-Types In regards to your other issues, please create a system report, as outlined below. 1. Restart your machine. 2. When you log in, please click on the Windows icon, then type dxdiag. If typed correctly, only one command should appear. Please click it. (If you need to enter the credentials of an administrator of the PC, please do so). 3. Allow the tool to run. A green bar should progress on the bottom portion of the window. If you receive any dialogue boxes as it progresses, please address them accordingly. 4. Once the tool is completed, please click on the "Save All Information" button. Save the resulting text file in an easy to find location, such as your Desktop. Then, close the tool. 5. Open the text file you just created and copy all of text to your clipboard by selecting all of it (Ctrl+A) and copying it (Ctrl +C OR rightclick and click Copy). Then, close the file. 6. Go to pastebin.com 7. In the text box below, paste all of the text in the box. 8. If you would like to make your system specs hidden, you can change the Paste Exposure to Unlisted. This will hide it from the Public section of the site but still allow people to view your Paste. Then, click the Create New Paste button. 9. Copy the resulting URL and reply back to this comment with the URL.
