I think we're talking at cross purposes. 1. nowhere did I say that my Destiny 2 account is banned. My Destiny 1 account is restricted because I used to mod with it on my PS3 long time ago. 2. my Playstation account is banned because of that and has been for years. I no longer have access to this account. 3. i live in Germany and at the "time of the crime" my fiancée and I were asleep. Neither of us could have done it. I was still playing at 1 a.m. German time. 4. i see on my cell phone and by email when someone logs in and have to confirm this. No one else can get in if I don't confirm it. Without my cell phone, which is by my bed at night, no one can access this account. 5. since nobody can log into my PSN account (without verification on my part via app) and nobody can log into Steam (without Steam Guard verification), it can only be a mistake on Bungie's part. I can see on Steam who logs into my account and when and the last person to log in was me at 1am.

Hi again EzyK. I mentioned this already on Steam. You have to sue Bungie. It does not matter what Bungie claims. When you pay for something then the company has the obligation to securely protect your data and especially to provide backup capabilities. In this case you will win as the only place the account data is stored is the bungie-owned environment. So, they are 100% accountable for the security of their services. Open an e.g. “GoFundMe” case and I am sure you will get all the required money very soon.
