Kinetic legendary primaries aren’t worth running anymore.
Other than a few primary exotics, the kinetic slot is better off with a special weapon for that 10% buff.
Most exotics requires us to match our subclass to be effective to be begin with so having a mini tool with incandescent is way more effective than running around with a submission to be honest.
Since the 3.0 reworks kinetic primaries felt outdated.
So where are you guys with the kinetic slot

5 RispostePersonally, I would love to see all Kinetic damage weapons be turned into Stasis or Strand damage. They would then at least be more useful/synergetic with Darkness builds.
