Unlocking exotics in lost sectors is not fun at all
I never get new exotics because the lost sector farm is in my opinion the absolute worst part of the game. I would rather have to do 1 million patrols than ever set foot in another lost sector and get nothing but glimmer over and over and over. I give up on ever getting any new exotic armor. Honestly would prefer going back to complete rng in activities over having to do a lost sector.
Maybe we could earn new exotics in campaign or seasonal activities? I'll probably get hate for this opinion because I realize the benefits of the lost sector farm I just hate lost sectors and refuse to do them at this point because it's just not fun at all. If that means no new exotics for me then so be it. Just my 2 cents bungie.

Just wait until vex strike force happens on Neptune. It’ll be a guaranteed exotic. With my luck I’m better off waiting 6 hours to get a guaranteed exotic that I am to get a single exotic within 6 hours of grinding a lost sector

I avg. about 1 every 18 runs. I wish the 1st one each week would be a little quicker or a lot quicker. Or if I could at least see a punch card and know where you're at. The daily rotation is also a bit annoying. You get your loadout nailed down then it's gone for months. Finding the daily node is annoying... Just put a launch point somewhere like the tower or directory. The system could use some work. 18 is too many for me to find it worth doing, but they could add some other resources to drop like ascendant alloy. Or maybe some ghost mod to allow you to select the resource you want the most. Either way a drop every hour or so would be a nice change.

Yea it really does suck. It should have some sort of guaranteed drop after 4 completions or something. I’ve had to do like 12 for a seasonal exotic before. It was awful.

1 RispondiDo them at the end of the season when your artifact level is near its highest and always keep an eye out for easy lost sectors. They are not all equal in difficulty.

The problem is it's RNG on even if an exotic drops, then RNG on if it's the exotic you want from the slot dropping that day and then even further RNG if the stats are where you want them. Then we have the "buy them from Rahool" thing that even when you "focus" for a stat the rest of the stats are still not guaranteed to be in a good spot for how over priced that is. Exotics are not in a good place when it comes to getting them as loot for they're super rare and don't have a great chances of getting the stats in the spots you want them in.

I used to grind Lost Sectors but got last season’s exotic armour from the Vex strike force event on Neomuna (haven’t bothered yet this season). I find that far better than running through multiple Lost Sectors.

I would like on lost sector the exotics you don't have move up in rng roll for the player. But put it in the rng drops again. I am tired of getting killed by bs enemies or failing because of time limits. -blam!- lost sectors. I just completed one and got a skin for an exotic. If that counts as a exotic drop that is bs.
