Because it's a forum and it's designed to share views. I asked how it affected your life whether your class won or not. It's a discussion...

When a company has something pre-determined which affects the content in which I paid in order to play the game, yes, it does in fact affect every single destiny 2 player. If it did not, why is there so much backlash on the forum about it?
-
I agree with you: if it's predetermined then it renders the whole event null and void...but why are you soooo upset about it. It doesn't change your life one iota whatever class win. Now, if there was an exclusive exotic that only the winning class received then yes, it's uncool and something to be annoyed about. However, guardian games is a tiresome, copy and paste event that no one cares about so I couldn't understand why you, and others, are backlashing.
-
If i pay for it, I expect what is advertised. That simple. The fact that they have it predetermined should be enough to make anyone upset. Hell, I understand the algorithm to make it “fair” because of class usage per character. But plain and simple this shows it’s predetermined and if I pay my money I earned then why wouldn’t I find irritation in this?
-
Because what does it matter if warlocks win or don't win? You paid the money, they gave you the event. Whether you win or lose, an adult would realise it doesn't matter. Look, I'm with you: it shouldn't be predetermined but really...be honest ... How does it honestly affect your life going forwards?
-
You’re trying to bring in something that is in no way directly related. What you’re saying is similar to buying a brand new and then realizing the car engine is an old replacement. You raise the complaint and get told hey, be happy because it still runs and can take you from place to place. You would be upset if that were the case. So why should this be different? The concept is the same.
-
The concept is entirely.different. an analogy would be a fixed horse race whereby you bet and the winner is predetermined because of the fix. In that instance you've every right to be annoyed and upset: you're financially hit In this instance where there are literally no stakes: no winner.or.loser as you've mo skin in the game: so again, how does it make one bit of difference to your life? Anya dukt can rationalise and say: oh well, I've enjoyed/hated the event but it makes no odds if my class wins or loses: apart from satisfaction.
-
How it does or doesn’t affect my life or anyone else’s is completely irrelevant. This is exactly the kind of thinking which has lead Bungie down this path where it does not matter how the consumer feels as long as they get their paycheck.
-
It isn't: I agree with you. It's shoddy but there's more important life problems. Don't tell me this kind of shoddiness upsets you? You're an adult right? There's plenty more wrong with the game and it's money grabbing than whether warlocks win a tedious event.
-
I think we are on similar pages. But I don’t feel as if it should be brushed under the rug and I should “just deal with it” so to say. If it’s wrong, it needs to be pointed out.

I absolutely.agree.with you: I just feel there are more worthy in-game issues to focus on. It's all a bit first-world.proboems.anyway right? Listen,.am gonna leave it there but thanks for the chat. Nice not to be abused for not agreeing with someone on here
