They didn't include the prestige version of the class items, as they were the same (no glows) as the regular ones but with a different base shader.
You'll have to use the shadows bond instead.

When they added transmog they did the same with the gambit prime sets, and the hunter/titan leviathan class items. For the gambit sets they only used the illicit and left the notorious and outlawed sets out of transmog as it was basically just shader differences. For the leviathan sets the full normal set is there, and the helmet->boots prestige pieces are included as they glow
