This game is unenjoyable. Too difficult
Too difficult to even enjoy. I get there are players that want a challenge but casual solo players are getting screwed over by the update. Harder Difficulty SHOULD be optional.
Edit: This is not referring to the campaign.

Destiny was my one escape game to have fun and enjoy a good time. Now I have to sweat in basic activities. REPEAT WITH ME BUNGIE, HARD IS NOT BETTER.

17 Risposte26th death on legendary with teammate on Calus. Is it a skill issue. Sure. It also full of bugs, glitches and most people cheesed it or did it solo. I’m not feeling very accomplished watch Cabal I knock off the platforms into space, walk right back on, or teleport or stomp me out of orbit from across the platform, or finishers not work. Sweats, elites, git gud, whatever I’m just an average player who liked being a Space hero instead of toe jam or a bug on a windshield.

I agree with you I’ve enjoyed this game since D1 now it’s just not fun the difficulty of some things are just insane also some people on this forum really toxic

3 RisposteLet me help you out real quick. •max out resilience •Equip subclasses that grant healing •Equip mods that further gives you damage resist (snipers, AOE, close range etc) •Equip mods that grant health regen on orb pick up •Equip chest piece mod that grants armor for having shield break •Profit? You could also go the route I took which is insane enemy clear or massive enemy suspend/freeze. Basically make a build that will allow you to just stop enemies from doing anything. You cant die if you don’t take damage lol. I know the game is harder but you have multiple ways in the game to reduce stress and avoid dying as much. All you gotta do is build into it, I noticed a lot of players complaining about difficulty are the ones that have no builds.

2 RisposteThis is totally not true. Its still way too easy, even the new raid is one phasing final boss… ads do get one shotted… there is no challenge anymore

5 RisposteAgree. I’m out. Can’t believe this. I was out of town the first week. Saw the post. And ask how hard can it be. But ok I get it. Even the average grind takes to much time. Looks like all the hard core players get their way. Have fun with those numbers numbers. This is a time thing that most working people don’t have to grind .. I’m done till they fix this and vary ok with it .. Peace out

Im not having fun for being killed with fire effect of enemy grenade for staying in fire like a 0,3 second. BTW I had put on the fire resistance mod. Campagin on legend difficulty was fine but reworked modes are way too difficult. In my opinion previous difficulty model was fine, higher difficulty required more from players.

3 RisposteBeen playing a long long time and this is the first time Destiny has made me tired. It doesn’t get any better once your 1825. Same amount of time to do a legend lost sector as it did at 1800. Master lost sectors Take me over time limit to complete. Resetting console every hour I’m sure is not good for my console. I didn’t mind the story or dying at last boss fight many times until I figured it. It’s harder yes is it too hard no. is it too hard to grind for stuff? Oh definitely. Before it was grind now it’s a slow hard grind that just makes me tired instead of feeling I accomplished anything.

Idk if this is intended but the difficulty scale doesn’t seem to be linear and instead seems like a massive curve and the over level benefits are crazy. I did the campaign 40 power under on my warlock and it was like legend/master level. I did it 30 power over on my titan and it was like a patrol. The nightfalls seem to be on their own scale completely. Knights are one shotting me with an over shield with 70 resilience. I will try some legend lost sectors under power but I have a feeling it’s the same.

1 RispondiIt’s reminding me a bit of the Black Armoury when that season started - loads of fun things to do, lots of things to get but for the first couple of weeks the difficulty levels put most things beyond the reach of a lot of players.

People who complain the game is hard are : Using 2 primary weapon / dont super / dont use heavy ammo / dont mod armor / dont use exotic .....

30 RisposteThe legendary campaign was WAY too hard as a solo this time. It was 10x easier with fireteam of 3. They really messed that up from witch queen.

4 RisposteI've played the game since day one. It has gotten a bit harder but not anywhere as bad as people act like it is. I see people dying just because they rush right in and bam guardian down. I have no issues with the change. While I will say the master nightfall this weak was a bit rough but still just make the right build and there you go.

Modificato da MrPootz: 3/12/2023 8:32:10 PMI did the campaign solo was tolerable, strikes that used to take 10 minutes up to 15, nightfalls from 15 to 25 if you get lucky enough to get a group that actually uses mods, I like -blam!- with a cheese grater but not so much... Just had a nightfall where 0 ammo dropped in the last phase. How about if the twitch gamers are complaining give them a title with negative modifiers and leave the rest of the normal players alone? I bought the last expansion before it dropped, but I wont be doing that for the next one. Lost sectors fine, legend lost sectors also broken. fix the gameplay, then lose the wokeism
