I did not have the time to finish it because I had to reset several times already due to bugs like this. Not only do these issues prevent people from clearing the content solo-flawless or even solo in general, they are actively game breaking. The dungeon is not difficult in the slightest. Chaotic, yes, but not difficult. Yet as long as these bugs persist, the only people who have completed the solo flawless have simply had good luck in their runs to not encounter these. I've given up on the flawless until it gets fixed, and I'm giving up on the solo until it is fixed.
