Yes i am but i dont play on my playstation account only xbox

From what I have seen , there is other people with the same problem . And you can see the rewards on the app but not in game

I dont see it in the app at all. When i click on amanda holiday its only ships & sparrows. I was able to get the powerful engram pack that was on prime gaming tho but not the polaris lance one for some reason
