I'd rather them port over more Destiny 1 armors than produce silly crap like the new Trials armor.
Update: Just watched the new season of the haunted trailer. Gotta say, the new skull armor is pretty cool. Just not the trials set.

The warlock and Titan look alright, but the hunter... Oh my lord why I would prefer port armor. (Ace of triumph raid armor was AMAZING)

1 RispondiThey have lost their creativeness, yes. Looking back, it seems like the people who made great looking armor were either from the 2 Activision companies that worked with Bungie or they were fired during the Activision split. Has to be the case cause Destiny 1 and Destiny 2 year 1 had AMAZING looking armor sets. Ever since year 2 and after, armor looked horrible.

19 RisposteNah it’s good and has intent, go educate yourself on Egyptian gods and symbolism.
-
7 RisposteOpen a dictionary and look up “subjective”
-
1 RispondiYes because all the good talent left with Activision
-
Jet Set WillyIt’s all going concording to plan 😂🤣 - vecchio
I think the creative talent has been moved to Matter and other IPs. Looks like the remaining staff working on D2 are just there to keep the cash cow trundling along. -
-
2 RisposteWhy create something new when you can use old assets? Why not put in some older armour from HALO?
-
Even though this is subjective your right imo. Mainly because most of the armor is just reskins of other armor because the duty bound auto rifle was literally from curse of Osiris and they reskin it for easy content that they think is "good".
-
1 RispondiI’m right there with you. I miss my Taken King iron banner armor. That’s what I decided my Titan canonically wears and it just sucks that it hasn’t returned
-
Bungie does not listen, remember season 13 crap? that was just cringe/pathetic to watch "PRAEFECTUS ARMOR SET" What we need is something like Escalation Protocol Armor ( Midnight Exigent), Celestial or Thorn armor set
-
1 RispondiI like the Titan armor it honestly looks pretty good and it looks creative but this is so far an armor we've only seen from the front of Warlock one looks okay and finally the Hunter one looks awful
-
No matter how you feel about the armor. It is creative.
-
No. Because the armor is creative. Is it good? Subjective. But its creative.
-
5 RisposteI think making the apes look like apes is pretty creative tbh. You might not like the design, but that doesn't mean it wasn't creative.
-
Nope because to some people old armor is seen as recycled content and we're not allowed to have some recycled content even though the entire game feels like it's recycled nowadays. Believe me I said they should have just brought back to old trials armor set from the first time trials came back or the set from Rise of Iron d1 but I was faced with the recycled content argument. Yet people are out here wanting wotm or King's Fall back and everyone agrees with them most of the time so what's the difference. Overall though I think the new armor looks good, would have liked it better if the hunter was Anubis where the hood would have the ears but oh well can't have it all.
-
You disliking it doesn’t mean they aren’t creative. That’s really not how that works at all.
-
2 RisposteSo many people have this nostalgia for Destiny 1 armor. They remember the good sets....while conveniently forgetting the fact that there were a lot of ugly sets in that game too. Taste is subjective.
