Is there any update to if anyone at Bungie are actually working on this at the present time or is it just going to be "We're Investigating" for the new few weeks? During Beyond Light, And still is by the way, Pre-Rendered cutscenes were played at 1 to 2 Frames Per Second, which many people (On Windows 7/8 Operating Systems) just use Youtube or other sources to watch cutscenes for an expansion we've paid for, Even after well over a year (1 Year, 5 Months to be exact!) this bug still exists, It was also noted down as an "Known Issues" during that time but shortly after it vanished from that page and left in the dust, not fixed in the slightest. At the time of posting this, It's just reached 3 weeks since Witch Queen launched, around this time we were getting updates from last seasons (Season of the Lost) bug which caused an error to Windows 7/8 users that made us unable to even launch Destiny 2, Which was fixed just as it became one whole month of waiting. Now since my worry is that seeing as we've not had ANY update to some form of progress other than "We're Investigating" with this bug, i'm expecting (and really badly hoping that this would not be the case) that Bungie just removes the bug from the "Known Issues" and never mentions about it again. With my current experience so far i had a full raid team ready for the Day 1 raid, At the time i was part of this raid team and ready to go at it and grind to get to a steady level for said raid. After updating Destiny 2 for Witch Queen i came across said Black Screen/Busted UI bug, So i waited for a fix only to find none came, At the first hotfix i was really optimistic to actually get to grinding power for the raid only to find out this wasn't fixed. An hour after finding out i got a Message via Discord, My friends ended up throwing me out of the raid team to replace me with someone that actually had a working Destiny 2, to which i got a message during the first day that they completed it after spending 18 hours in the raid. I'm honestly hoping to hear from someone at Bungie that actually knows if there's any progress on this, i've been dying to play D2 for a while now, on top of that my friends are also waiting for me to finally experience Witch Queen for the first time, It's getting quite difficult avoiding spoilers everywhere xD Edit: Well it looks like we're going into Week 4 judging by no news in the latest TWAB, That'll be 1/3rd of the current season missed thanks to the bug, seems like Bungie arn't in any rush to get this fixed...
