I am on PC (unsure if the issue is elsewhere) but I previously used an upgrade point on the Synaptic Spear artefact to receive the "suppressing glaive" mod (when logged in on Xbox). When I logged in on my PC this mod was kinda greyed out and I had my point available again. I got the mod again but nothing changed. The mod is still assigned to my class item, but has a prerequisite saying "must be selected in Gate Lord's Eye". Fairly certain that this is an artefact from a previous season.
