I cannot play beyond light at all. It says I own it. I paid for it when it first came out. I did several troubleshooting methods with Microsoft. Still nothing. How can I get the content back that I paid for?

Are you logging into the same account that purchased the DLC? Licensing is managed by the platform, not by Bungie. If you lost access to the DLC and can no longer install it, this would need to be something that you would have to work on with Microsoft Support.

They said the same thing about Bungie. I don’t want to go back and forth between the companies. I purchased the dlc. The store shows i purchased it. The game itself is saying I don’t own the dlc anymore. I was on the phone for over an hr messing with my Xbox account and storage. If Bungie can’t help me with this issue then I will just cut my losses and not play the game anymore. No offense.

Are you trying to access the DLC on the same account that made the purchase? Can you please provide a screenshot of the message you are receiving? Can you also provide a screenshot of the DLC installed within the Manage section of the game on your console?

Ok, let me load into the game and all that. I still would like to know what will be done. Like I said before, if I did all this just for y’all to send me back to Microsoft I would rather uninstall the game than both companies doing this to me.

One is the quest proving I’ve pretty much completed beyond light. One picture is what it says when I try to choose the stasis class (top left corner). The other is what comes up when I press the A button to actually select the class. The giant ad pops up telling me to “get it now”.

Is this just a guide telling me how to install the dlc again or are you guys telling to you’re sending me the content again so I can try to reinstall it?

What it sounds like is when Microsoft removed Beyond light off game pass some individuals that purchased it also had their license removed by Microsoft. License handling is controlled by the systems so: Sony: psn Steam: pc Google: stadia Microsoft: xbox Sadly I know you don't wanna hear but only Microsoft can fix the license issues.

They’re gonna refer me back to you guys. I’m not personally upset with any of you btw. Thank you all for speaking to me. I’ve literally been trying to get this fixed for hours today. Y’all know how it is to put a lot of time into this game. Then just for both companies to point the finger at each other is crazy. They said the licensing shows I purchased so it had to be a in game glitch. I just want my content back. Lol
