Why drive safely, when you can just not drive at all?
Embrace the truth. Be a pedestrian.
Also, I can’t wait for the day when all cars are automated. A robot can drive a whole hell of a lot better than I can, and I’m fairly certain that statement applies to most drivers.

[i]Unfortunately, being a pedestrian isn’t an option for everyone. I live in an extremely rural area. The closest bus stop is about 5 miles away, and the only way to get to it is along long and twisty road, that’s extremely narrow, and has no foot pavement, or street lights. The bus only passes by 4 times a day, and it doesn’t go anywhere near where I work ( which means I’d have to get another bus ). Not that any of that matters, even if I got the earliest bus, I still wouldn’t get into work on time, and I get out of work long after the last bus has left. Anyhow, the point of my mini rant is that being a pedestrian isn’t on option for everyone.[/i]

Oh, I know, I was mostly just joking. I can't be a pedestrian entirely, either. I walk to work every day, but the closest grocery store is about an hour's walk away, and I can't really do that when I also have to carry groceries. But that's besides the point. Embrace the truth, become a pedestrian!
