Hey, If you created your hunter after Shadowkeep, but before Beyond Light, then it's likely the emblems were, and still are, unavailable to you. Presently, the only way to obtain them is by completing the Guardian Rises campaign and then completing the quests to unlock the other two light subclasses. Since your hunter presumable already has all three light subclasses unlocked, the quests would be unavailable, even if you deleted and created a new hunter. Bungie is aware of the issue, and they are looking into it.
