This damage perk shouldn't require grenade kills to get adrenaline junkie. It takes too long for a grenade to charge and what happens when you get no kills with a grenade? Wait for 2 minutes for another grenade for a weapon damage bonus when there's much better damage perks than this? I would still take frenzy (Even after its nerf) over this useless perk. This perk should be reworked to the amount of hits/ticks you get from a grenade and increasing the stacks from 3 to 10 while still having the same damage bonus.

Frenzy isnt as much of a damage perk as adrenaline. Besides the perk is made for grenade builds, so if you take 2 minutes to charge your grenade then you shouldn't be using junkie in the first place.

This weapon mod is better paired with osmosis, demolitionist and other grenade energy booster armor mods. Having a high discipline stat helps as well. And running stasis with some of its grenade boosting fragments help too.

3 RisposteIt's ok to me but it's best to pair with gernade builds and grenades that have long durations or one shot guarantee kill like One of the main issue is that warlock benefits better with it because they have the best gernades and exotics for it (Hunter) Incendiary Tripmine + Ahamkara spine Void wall Vortex Arcbolt (Warlock) + Verity's Brow Solar Grenade + Sunbracers Vortex + Nezarecs sin Axion Storm Pulse + Storm of Tempest Arcbolt (Titan) + Armamentarium Pulse Fusion Incendiary + Ashen Wake Thermite

bottom tree sunbreaker with the thermite grenades and hallowfire heart , you would have adrenaline junky active most of the time. even better, run a weapon with demolitionist. you will have a grenade every 10-15 seconds.

Or learn how to use its strengths. Grenade weak enemies as you shoot the big ones. Can’t kill some low level adds with a grenade sounds like a you problem. This easily sounds like best with a grenade heavy build, and if you’re waiting 2 minutes for a grenade which is a exaggeration then you are not taking advantage of this build.

5 RisposteIt would also help if kills with that weapon helped replenish grenade energy. That way it encourages you to use grenades more and the perk is more useful. Grenades buff gun, gun refills grenades, rinse and repeat.

It was a stupid perk to begin with. The stacking perk requiring more than 1 kill, lol. I shard everything with that perk. Its garbage.

It would be sick if it worked like hedrons but instead just deal grenade damage for boost and number of targets damaged increases the boost.
