MAKE ADEPT WEAPONS GUARANTEED FOR GRANDMASTER
Me and my fire team just spent a total of 5 HOURS attempting to complete the HARDEST grandmaster nightfall yet. Only 1 person out of the whole team got an adept palindrome and the roll for it was terrible. Bungie, if you’re gonna give us an extremely hard nightfall and claim to give us “2x loot rewards” at least make endgame loot more attainable. HUGE WASTE OF OUR TIME!!!

Don't feel bad. My team and I did it under time, got platinum and still only one of us got the adept drop. I thought it was guaranteed in Master but I guess it isn't.

Skyburner's is counterproductive; it hurts your damage too much to use. Try different super and mod combinations. Aggressively hunting priority targets makes this one so much easier. Fighting a battle of attrition in some corner is just asking to die to splash damage.

People's need to realised that adept weapon and mods aren't worth it...it's clearly there to boost egos....

2 RisposteI got 1 both runs I did. You sure your Enhancment prisms aren't full? For some stupid reason you don't get end game rewards like adept weapons and exotics from GMs when they are.

Yeah, we finished three GMs last night. I got 0, 0, and finally 2 Palindromes. No good rolls.

2 RisposteThis is nothing personal but needs to be said. I don't get why you guys keep asking for improvements when Bungie's goal has been to look for ways to extend grind time to show numbers. It's literally in plain sight and has been for over a year now that it is smacking everyone of you in the face that ignores it. Why ignore what is literally right in front of you waving HI! it's me, your friends, and Bungie is even telling you they are doing it. With all the changes since Forsaken that didn't need to take place and the recent ones like reading post saying we now have to go visit Shaxx to reset our rank. That is dumb, as if how things were "needed to be changed" 🤦♂️ Is this company hurting that badly that they need to look for ways to string the player base along, using grind time as "content"?

Agreed I haven't touched GM and I never will until bungie makes the adept weapons either a guarantee drop or atleast make the drop rate much higher and instead of random rolls they should be set rolls or get rid of the weak perks and just keep the god tier in the perk pool. But this is bungie we are talking about here.........I'm having a blast on outriders RNG is better on there than it is on destiny.

Did last weeks GM Nightfall & all I got was an adept mod. No adept weapon. Because I’m not good enough to go flawless in Trials I have a mod & no weapon to use it in. Way to reward your players!

The regular weapon should basically be a guaranteed drop on Legend and Master anyway. It's a COMMON drop, meaning by default, you're supposed to be more likely to get it than the UNCOMMON Prisms and I think exotics are also UNCOMMON as well. The chances of getting the weapon are supposed to increase even more with each champion killed on top of the Prosperity ghost mod supposedly increasing those chances even more. Why is it that on Legend, I only get one weapon by the time I've almost maxed out a stack of Prisms and gotten several exotics? Though I'm pretty sure that you get better drops the faster you complete the NF, I hope those 5 hours were split up between several runs, if not, there's your first problem. Either way, if this is Bungie's definition of a "common drop", then maybe that would explain why weapons like 1K Voices used to go unclaimed for DOZENS of runs for some people.

4 RisposteI'm sorry but if it is taking you 5 hours to do one run, I advise you to either get better coordination as a team, change your build, or both. If you aren't beating this under 40 mins, then something is wrong. Personally I like that its this difficult and I like the fact that we aren't given a god-roll gun our first time. Makes a really good adept roll pally that much more rare and admirable when you eventually do see one. Get rid of this instant gratification mindset, embrace the struggle and grind. Makes the reward all that much sweeter.

Everything in this game has to be RNG multiplied by RNG raised to the RNG power. It's how they keep everyone on the rat wheel. Instead of you know... content.
