Stasis nerf
Just want to find out when the stasus nerf is gonna drop for pvp.
Honestly I've almost completely given up on this game.
Pvp that is almost 100% based on abilities rather than gun skill sick to death if constantly being frozen or slow on almost every engagement? Where is the skill in killing a target that cant move or shoot u back?
I've read the TWAB so I know its coming I just want a date so I know when I'll be coming back to destiny.

Just to add I'm not a f2p player I've bought all the expansions and seasons passes from vanilla destiny until this season. I have the option to run around using stasis like the rest of the community. My issue is that bungie are essentially forcing you to play the game there way, there should be pros and cons to all subclass' but when there is such a clear difference in the effectiveness of one in comparison to all the others that needs to be addressed. Than add a mechanic to a fast passed pvp environment that can literally freeze you in place longer that the slowest ttk value in the game has to be a problem. I should be able to use what ever subclass not be forced into my choices in order to complete.

My question for Bungie is... How the HELL stasis got past the testing phase for crucible. What kind of crayon eaters thought that a subclass that literally FREEZES people and is so unfathomably spammy would not be the single worst idea they have ever made. It is honestly mind boggling that a AAA title would let make such an incredible terrible decision. For PVE it is fun. But man, crucible is 100% unplayable

6 RisposteYou should have realized that stasis is a pay to win mechanism, they want free players to get killed over and over again by stasis supers and abilities ! They have learned that from Activision , pay to win is a only solution for them to make free players to buy something ! Since the game is maintained by those players ;free to play on PC, Xbox ultimate etc make sense to force them to buy from a business perspective , but is that a good idea? NO, is a toxic thing !

I payed money for beyond light and you didn't I also had to do an entire campaign to get stasis it's not like i just payed and instantly got stasis

2 RisposteYup. Stasis ruined the crucible..... I haven’t played in months now and constantly been frozen in nova bomb animations (or even thunder crash) was straight up stupid. One of the best shooting mechanics in the industry ruined by constant ability spam and one hit wipe mechanics again.

I stopped playing PVP recently. I refuse to use stasis and I don’t like HC and only use shotguns for defense against other shotguns. It bothered me for a while but I came to the realization that the crew at Bungie does not know what they are doing. I will play again when they balance the mode but honestly they are going to have to hire people that are capable of doing that.

2 RisposteI know. It’s just kind of rediculous how powerful stasis abilities are. If you compare any stasis ability to it’s corresponding light ability, the stasis one is almost always better. Withering blade>celestial fire Shiver strike>shield bash Silence and Squall>blade barrage Glacial Quake>fists of havoc (Debatably) Shadebinder>Dawnblade, maybe only bottom tree Duskfield>vortex (if you didn’t know, vortex also pulls in) Coldsnap>axion bolt Glacier>Titan barricades And then all of the aspects and fragments are pretty much just flat out better than what light subclasses have as part of their trees.
