I tried it today with Variks bounties and received 1305 Arctic Haze. His is listed as powerful gear. On the other hand, battlegrounds seems to be all screwed up with “weekly challenge” type drops. Doesn’t seem to be much incentive to play it 8 bounties at war table seems to drop a powerful at your current base level. Not so good if your under 1300 base — since even blues will do that and more.
