Seasonal artifact did not drop and quest line did not start
I logged into Destiny 2 for the first time this season, and have encountered what looks like a real problem. I got the cutscenes and launched into the battlegrounds for all three guardians, and killed the boss at the end each time.
At this point, so I understand, I should get the Bell of Conquests and the first mission. This didn't happen on any of my guardians. I'm stuck now, with no artifact and no way to progress the storyline or access the content, from the looks of it.
Has this happened to anyone else?

I give up, looks like I won't be playing any Destiny this season.

Sorry if I'm coming off as annoying or harping, but this is a real issue for me and the first time I've really had to get some advice from others who might have the same problem, or Bungie otherwise. I'm effectively locked out of the extra content because the quest never dropped for me in the frst battlegounds. Am I reporting this problem in the right place?

No one else? What do I do to get this fixed? The forums seem to be the only place to discuss these issues.

1 RispondiAfter you complete your first Battleground activity, you need to head to the H.E.L.M first, which you can access from the Directory screen of the Tower. There you should be able to talk to the table and after some dialog, it should give you the artifact. You should also have a quest called "A Challenger Rises", from the chest in your first Battlegrounds activity, which should lead you to the H.E.L.M
