There have been a lot of posts about this 'dead mans' quest and I am no different. The bug I am facing is the buff doesn't proc when you shoot the glowy things and I can't get past the first main section. I have tried to pick up quest for other characters and doesn't work. I have logged out-in both game and steam, tried different sub-classes, weapons, removed weapon mods.... safe to say I tried it all. This is Bungies responsibility to fix, NOT something the players are doing! I request Bungie fix it and mods stop asking players if it's their fault, assuming most are forgetting to wait/do end of mission stuff nearly everybody knows to do. This is one of soooo many quests that I keep getting that are bugged on paid content that I'm missing out on. Tilted, can ya tell :(
