When is this community gonna realize
The people literally make this game like this and don’t care because they now everyone is gonna play it still no matter what. due to no purchasing another game or not having as much fun as they do in destiny or just because they know the average consumer doesn’t care for what they purchase and that the middle to hardcore gamer continues to play in hopes that they’ll fix the game 😂 literally if the numbers dropped for destiny in a few weeks to a month they’ll stop with this “we only update our game every new season”. that’s literally a quarter or a bit over of a full year of a broken game that people hate. The creators of this game aren’t gonna change anything if their numbers don’t go down because they have no reason to.
Literally just saying. We need to boycott this game for a while until they treat us guardians with the respect we deserve for carrying their game this far after all their immense screw ups.

So when are you going to quit, since you have three 1270+ characters and played just 2 days ago. 2. You don't control the economic power to compel Bungie to do anything. Simple reality-check. 3. Bungie has been---for the gaming industry----remarkably transparent about what they're doing and why they're doing it. The real issue is that this community is so cynical, that it never believes what it is told....and then gets shocked-and-angry when Bungie proceeds to do exactly what they said they woudl do. 4. Triple A games that cater to the hardcore gamer? Lose money. These games are too expensive to make, and there simply aren't enough hardcore gamers to make such a business approach profitable.

Will never work for a simple reason: there’s, tops, 2000 active players on this forum. Quite frankly I’d argue it’s closer to 1k but I don’t have the numbers. Either way you can subtract that from a million, and that’s how much of a difference a boycott from this forum would make. Even if every person on this forum boycott the game, you’re still looking at 900k other players getting on daily without checking b.net, reddit, etc.

Eververse itself pays Bungie the necessary funds to make updates to the game. Everything else is profit. You wonder why DLC goes from as much as $70 to $15? It isn't because of age. it's digital content. It's value doesn't diminish over time although it appears that way on the surface. Bungie gets their die hard supporters to pay 400% more on release day because of "relevancy" but when you actually look at it, no such thing exists. You get all the same content you would have of you buy it late, when compared to buying it immediately. Bungie is grifting their player base and people just accept it as normal because they don't know any better. Support Bungie by pre-ordering and buying DLC? How many times have you heard that? People have been doing that and nothing has changed right? Bungie is lining their pockets so they can work on other projects that isn't Destiny.
