I don't think so. In fact that you can't see any featherts when you've finished the quest, the only way for Bungie to fix it is to remove the triumph completely.

based on the fact that if you finished the Warden title triumphs but those were bugged, they fixed it, spelled not really because you had to rerun it, I guess Bungo does not giving a flying F about us in any way shape or form. So no. At least not this season - MORONS (Bungo that is!)
