So sick of Stasis
That’s all you see and are forced to use because you know if you use a light based super you’re going to get wrecked. Tired of playing the same subclass man update the old ASAP.
Update: DMG tweeted that they are looking into the hunters shatter dive. Most likely it’s getting nerfed.

I played ib this week with my 3 toons, titan with stasis, warlock with arc and hunter with void, I had most fun with the light subclasses and done my ib bounties much quicker and my performance overal was much better as well. I just played as I always do and worked just fine. And im not super good, but no need to play with stasis cause everyone else does.

If you know it exists and don’t try to avoid it that is on you. Stasis is great, but the best PVP subclass is a light one, and most of them compete just fine unless they were nerfed into the ground before this season.

Shoulder charge Blink Warlock Melee Hunter invisibility Blade Barrage (add your favorite OP super before stasis) We'd be better off if PVP did not have any supers or abilities. We need to ask Bungie to try out a bare boned playlist and see how it works without any of the hoopla.

As long as you know how to avoid their abilities, the Stasis subclasses aren't a huge threat. I lose way more to players sliding around with shotguns than I do to those using Stasis.

Got a we ran with arcstrider the other day. Stasis is tough but not uncounterable. I don't think shatterdive is gonna change anything tbh. It'll just be titans next on the chopping block getting slide nerfed.

Light classes get there grenades, melee and supers twice as quick, I played thunder crash and I couldn’t believe how often I had grenades... I was chucking them everywhere

25 RisposteWarlock stasis gets nerfed to oblivion within 2 days of launch but the hunter shyte gets “looked into” for the next 3 weeks. By then 70% of the community had already chucked their controllers at their tele. Hunter super and shatter dive = easy mode and requires no skill whatsoever. But we already know that hunter class requires no braincells.

I mean seeing as a majority of this community rides every meta hard and uses this excuse when riding every meta hard kind of kills the argument. A look at pvp weapon tracker shows this.

Today it's only been stasis, fusions and GL, just gets boring after a while. I like stasis but it's mostly what ever one is using. I'm average casual pvp but even I get bored when I do eventually play pvp. Anyways it is why it is 🤷♂️

One thing I don't get.... why does everyone have shatterdive nerfed, when the problem is the nade itself. Remove the damage and maybe even the freezing ability from it and it's fine. It's not like a Mei wall should kill you when it breaks. For the shatterdive I'd say handle it like icarus dash and let hunters use it twice like every 5-7 seconds

1 RispondiShatter dive isn't the only problem with Stasis. The only real solution for Stasis is to create a playlist where you can only use Light subclasses. Because everything about Stasis makes it a nightmare to play against. And if they nerf Stasis into the ground, then those who haven't bought Beyond Light won't be inclined to buy it to keep up with everyone else.

Can't wait for Bungie to nerf shatterdive just for Titans to realize they can do the same thing with their slide and melee, one of which can create shards to recharge the melee again. I've said it before and I'll say it again. It isn't shatterdive that is the problem. It is the shatter damage and the blast radius.

Its made Crucible not fun. I go in for my weekly 3 games, grab my award and leave. I key up stasis for 100 off-Europa kills, wander into the church at the EDZ and then collect my reward from the Stranger.

Stasis is a Showstopper for me... The Super of the Hunter alone is shutting down an entire path no matter if the player is alive or not. The hit boxes are stupid, the builds people can create are stupid, PvP is stupid which makes Bungie stupid. The entire narrative in the game is that could corrupt our minds and we are using it for sports. Why even bother creating stories?

5 RisposteHonestly the hunter super bothers me more than the shatter dive. Shuts everything down. And even if you do avoid it or get out off it there is just another hunter around the corner throwing another one.
