ERROR: nightingale

had internet issues today and tried getting on at the end of the patch today as soon as my update pushed through, I have gotten the nightingale error ever since, have verified the files, and reinstalled the game 2 times with no resolution... also checked my device manager no unknown equipment in device manager.
