i want everything back, mars, mercury, actual gambit prime, the raids, the activities, all of it
i truly can't fathom in what -blam!-ed up dimension it would be a good idea to remove content and not replace it, the cosmodrome is not a good replacement no matter how you spin it.
i want to hear the exact reason why bungie thought this was a good idea and then i want bungie to listen to itself on how horrible an idea it was to remove any content that was actually enjoyable. i do not care how good the idea of "streamlining" sounds, the idea to remove content from a game and leave it barren is -blam!-ing shit.
and no, "we did it for the story" is a flimsy reason at best and you know it

Do you complain when Netflix removes a movie from their inventory online?
-
There was literally no reason to be on those planets anymore... Now I have Ninja Stars an Bakris go brrrrrrrrrr
-
By deleting half the game Beyond lite is now the only thing to play. They did it for the 💵💰💸💴💷💶
-
5 RisposteGame was getting too big.
-
2 RisposteSort term is d2 memory wise was getting to big and as such updates and hotfix were slower to get out as they had to also update old stuff to work with the new stuff but now with less of the old stuff and thus more memory space updates are faster to get out as well less old to update for the new

1 RispondiThey literally gave the reason of, "Hey, the game is too -blam!-ing huge for consoles to run properly, so let's just remove the old outdated shit that nobody really plays anymore outside of having hyper-specific reasons to go to those planets in the first place". If you took the time to read any TWAB before the expansion released, you would've been told about it at minimum MONTHS in advance.

5 RisposteNever played destiny 1 Destiny 1 sunset gears every DLC

PC players 😂 amiright?!
-
You really want mercury back?
-
What have you not gotten about BUNGiE in the last 6 (Or is it 7 now?) years, mate? They ripped out the content so that they could sell it, or something like it, to you later and make you feel like buying it will actually give you more game to play. They've been at this for a while now.
-
2 RisposteYou guys really struggle with the idea of licensing.
-
99% of the community didn't touch the old content and you know it lmao. Cry about something else.
-
I can't imagine if I had paid for it and it lgot taken out. I just started playing and wanted to do some single player campaigns. But now I find out they are gone before I ever even tried them. I really don't want to buy DLC if I'm going to lose it, and honestly jumping into weird disjointed instances and multiplayer lobbies was not the Bungie experience I was hoping for. I got really into D2 the past week and am now just really out of it. At least cpunk may actually come out next week and I will just play that instead. Shame. I feel bad for everyone who paid money and now the stuff is just gone. Kinda sucks to pay full price for a game then log in and theyve gutted it. I guess dlc became the whole game, and even some of that has been removed. Hard to grasp another game doing that but oh well. I guess I dodged a bullet.
-
Lol ok. Let us know how that works out for you
-
Beyond light was what was intended to be D3 originally. That's why this whole thing seems so empty, originally it was going to be a reset point like vanilla D2.
-
It doesn't work like that bucks. And all that content was free to play when it left

4 Risposteyet another sad soul that didn't read the ToS and understand what they were paying for.
you didn't buy any content. you bought a license to access their on-line content. best part is you agreed to the terms (apparently without reading them) stating they could add/remove/modify any of it at any time without notifying anyone.
