This game is BS for leveling up.
Not like it never happened before but never taken care of by Bungo who fixes farms but not the game..
Anyway all my pinnacle this week turn to a helmets... nothing else.. how to level up, why not give us a choice of gear for reward it's not going to break the game also not a big fix.. c,mon everyone had enough of this..

4 RisposteI don't believe you. Loot is designed to drop to fill in the lowest gaps in power since D1. So either your helmet was really really low compared to your other gear pieces or you're a bare faced liar poo face.

The grind to 1250 is a breeze. If we're already complaining about the pinnacle 10 levels that are essentially irrelevant anyway just 3 weeks in we've got problems. Some people are too high strung.

I’m still on Europa doing the Sabotage quests i haven’t started on the crow stuff plus I’m doing the fragments an crap someone said progress is across all characters

I think the problem is people don't know how to level properly. I am already past 1250 and once the weekly reset happens i will hit cap probably that same day with all the pinnacle rewards ill have access to, thanks to Varick. Then the extra powerfuls from the Crow. I mean ideally if i went for maximum efficiency i would already be at cap. But essentially you should farm powerful rewards first to raise power. Then once your power increases, do normal content or crucible to fill all other slots with new highest power items. Then you either keep doing crucible, or go get another power reward. Repeat. Once you are out of powerfuls and all gear is same power you farm a pinnacle then jump back into crucible and repeat. Its not uncommon to get something +4 power above you from crucible. I mean if you wanted you could technically pvp all the way to cap with 0 grinding. Then theres the ability to throw your gear on alts and doing your weekly stuff on them too, multiplying your weekly rewards and power increase per day significantly. You can hit cap in a week easily if you wanted. However that doesn't mean i enjoy the leveling process. IMO infusion is a trash system, and having items drop below your level is an anti rpg mechanic.

Going to 1200 kind of sucked. From my experience, the grind to 1250 isn’t bad so far this season with all the Powerful sources there are after you upgrade Variks and Uldren. Last Season, the Pinnacle grind was plagued by duplicates from my experience.

9 RisposteI miss being able to consistently level without the need for weekly powerful drops. This drip feed leveling is just making things more of a chore. But hey; gives them an excuse to give us less and less content with each yearly update. I miss finding lore items, scannable objects, a long campaign and adventures. Those made Destiny awesome and feel alive. Now it’s bounty bounty bounty and the flavor-of-the-month exotic. This game is only a fragment of what it was.

my problem is wearing armor and using weapons i dont want to use... im a hunter main but my titan is a high level cus i dont care about what she looks like... 1050 to 1200 took me 1 day... im not playing 4 weeks to get 30 extra levels the entire time without using what i want i'll just wait for the lost sector exotics to either become easier to get or open world drops... leveling has always sucked at least in D1 i had reputation i could farm.

Very true, the fact that levels were a thing then light and the semi sunsetting in D1 but then taken king which basically said hey sunsetting is dumb. Let’s sunset everything but also infuse everything. And then D2 came out and it got even more beaten down and shoved together... as well as irritating. It’s enjoyable to see how far and how little we’ve come since D1

It's unbelievable that we need to do chores like "kill 20 dreg", "get 30 materials" and so on just to be able to do an Empire Hunt. And when we want to do a Wrathburn Hunt we need to play on repeat the same tedious activities we've been playing for 3 years straight, like strikes and gambit (or crucible, for PvP players). We need three runs of any of those activities to get a single charge and ONLY THEN we can go run the said Hunt. Bottom line, as stupid as it can be (and it surely is), we spend ten times more time getting charges than doing the actually Wrathburn Hunt. And if you're unlucky with the reward outcome, be prepared to run those death boring, unrewarding, activities in triple all over again... and again, and again for the next 3 months. The agency that players got with the Opulence and even with the Arrival is gone completely, we're back to the heavy RNG rewards. This game, with this expansion, became more tedious and boring than ever. Everything was designed on purpose to be time consuming, to an extend that it just takes away the joy of playing and the desire to return to the game. It's unbelievable that no one at Bungie understands that players are completely saturated of playing the same strikes, gambit and crucible. The intelligent move should've been renewing or refreshing the old content before making the new one dependable of it. Geez, do they never learn anything at Bungie?

Ok firstable I'm not going hard on leveling cuz I have job and family.. i like video gaming and i pick only few games to play i had preorder for D1 since then I'm playing it.. and I'm not crying I'm just saying why not... yes this game as now repetitive and really lack of new things except we have new Super which is nice but all game itself not really much fun now, as someone said you need to do 3 times all repeatable bounties before getting into actual wrathborn hunt, and if you get shit welcome to repeat all steps, why make so many steps?, Level up yes it was always issue, all im saing how easy would it be, without breaking the game to easy fix it, you get gear of your choise from pinnacles or power engrams? Not raid or another activities.... Why tf. no?!

if you're going for the 1280 lost sector, yeah. But just ran into a guy on a strike with the Exotic Sword "Lament" at 1211. Some things are still worth getting at modest levels.
