If armor makes as big a difference to the game as weapons do as you yourself claimed, then why do vendors get a new set and not any weapons? Skins or not, there’s still the base armor set they’re giving to someone and then you apply the skin. If they can make a set of armor that has stats and elemental rolls that impact actual gameplay, then why not any new weapons? That throws the whole new light bullshit excuse you have away. We aren’t paying for these new armor skins through eververse, so where’s the monetary reason for bungie doing this?
