My privacy settings are set so that anyone can invite mee. I did read this on Reddit and it seems that more players have the same issue using Conpanion app on IPhone: “It's because google is pretty strict with their OAuth flow (simpler terms: google says use non-integrated web browsers to login to google accounts.) Pretty much google is saying use the Google app or Safari app or else it wont work. (Bungie needs to find a way to redirect the app to the OAuth page on google using the phone browser, then back into to the app for actually logging in) Google's blog page for nerds who want to find out more.” So when trying to invite people or people trying to invite me it does not work. When signing in with the PSN account , it redirects to a PlayStation signin page but it can’t sign in coming from the companion app. But I can sign in to my PSN account using the PSN app.
