I was banned without reason, can it be removed
I have truly lost hope when it comes to appealing my ban. I was banned exactly 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything back from Bungie when it comes to my appeal.
I do not cheat. I do not run any background programs or software while playing the game. I have never cheated in any other game.
I haven't done anything wrong. I have even read the Terms of Service and the Code of Conduct and none of that applies to me. This is even more annoying that Bungie has a lack of communication when it comes to bans
I have perfectly fine internet with no one telling me I have trash internet. I have been playing since forsaken and haven't gotten a complaint against my internet so I know it is not that.

If you are banned, you deserve to know why you are banned. Full stop. What happens to the players that are wrongly banned (and don't try to argue this doesn't happen)? Upon appeal, there should be a review of the evidence and Bungie needs to defend a permanent ban. One of the dumbest comments in this thread - "They don't ban innocent players." Really? They can and they have.

9 RisposteYeah, you deserve to at least be told what you were banned for, and if your appeal was accepted or not. Making players do mental gymnastics to figure out what is happening, instead of telling them in clear cut terms, is absurd.

21 RisposteI agree. Bungie needs to be more clear about their bans and appeal system. The fact that they can just ignore you and send you a copy pasta bot email and nothing else is stupid and the time and money you put in should be worth at least a clear explanation. I hope you get told what has happened.
