2/3 Characters have been reset to new light after logging in?

Hello I've been playing Destiny 2 since Undying and created my 3 characters after a while of playing my Titan was created December 16th and my Hunter Nov 15, I'm saying this to prove that I've already done the new light introduction quest on both of those characters but after taking a break they reapered again if this has happened to you please drop it in here so we can get more traction and fix it for more people! I would like to say that my Hunter is the one I least care but it would still be nice to have that completed once again. My main problem with this issue comes to the point in which I'm unable to pick up bounties from no one we're on quite the grindy time in destiny with weeklies and the solstice event I really just wanted to pick up some weeklies and get enough brightdust to buy ther ornament on my Warlock that's all I wanted but now I wont be able to reach that set ammount if I don't grind double to complete the new light and the whole solstice + weeklies. I can provide captures from my Bungie Profile Activities or you can check it out yourself from here, I'm just really annoyed this happened at this current time. Thanks for reading this really odd issue, and if you can leave a comment as well so that this can get somewhere I would really apreciate it.

    Looking at the game logs, your timeframes on when you created those characters lines up. While it looks like you did the intro missions on your Titan and Hunter, it doesn’t look like you did enough activities to where the intro quests would have been completed to get weekly bounties, particularly on your hunter. Your Titan may have the crucible ones unlocked. Are you sure this is a bug or are you not remembering how much time you played on those characters?

    • Unfortunately, Bungie does not restore lost or deleted items or characters.
