Bungie if you are delaying Beyond light do this...
Bungie if you are delaying Beyond light could you maybe add another 50 or so season pass levels that actually have decent loot, like cores, prisms and shards and maybe some other stuff.

35 RisposteBungie - we're having trouble creating content due in a few weeks time so we're delaying it Players - Fine, but create brand new content to tide us over while you create the other content! You realise if they actually had to create more season pass stuff it would literally just take resources away from BL and probably delay it even further right? I'm certainly no Bungie fanboy but sometimes this community is just daft. Best we can realistically hope for is maybe increased drop rates on current content, if we're really lucky.

11 RisposteI never understand why a developer delays a game after setting an initial release date, if they are unsure of dates then perhaps it is better to wait until they actually know when the release date is. Using brains must be very hard nowadays.

9 RisposteThey should give us a hard mode version of either Last Wish or Garden with alternate/darkness versions of armor and weapons. That would surely keep is busy until Beyond Light.

Adding some way to grind more ascendant shards for the more random content is a good idea imo. You don't have to get an insane amount either. Just some additional ways to be able to get a golf ball every couple weeks or once a month. Bungie could add matchmaking to legend nightfalls or something more complicated like maybe some kind of weekly bounty that gives only prisms and requires a series of things to complete. Similar to the way iron banner quests are structured...it can even be grindy. But this type of grind would involve something around the lines of completing 5 patrols, 3 strikes, 1 heroic NF, 3 Gambit prime matches and 10 crucible matches. Seems like a pain to do, but it's random content to keep you "engaged", probably something most people do in a week anyways, is easy, has matchmaking for solo players, doesn't require kill amounts, and can guarantee you can use that just to cash them into banshee for golf balls within a reasonable amount of time. It doesn't have to be that setup or reward exactly, but it'll check off many boxes, plus it won't interfere with anyone's ideals involving choice in being solo or wanting to go to LFG. Which I'll admit, isn't difficult, but depending on the circumstances (or RNG) can be a terrible experience.

But after reading all the mouth breather comments below wanting everything and anything from the SRL to new modes, etc...does no one understand what a delay is for? SMH! The two months is to finish and fine tune what is to be released, it isn't a two month vacation with everyone sitting around going "I wish I had something to work on". They are not going to add anything new to this season that wasn't planned, because if that takes even the smallest amount of cycles away from what caused the delay nothing gets solved.

Season pass in D2 sucks, I played some Division 2 and the season pass in it feels way more organic in the game. You get levels for literally anything pretty commonly. Ive done two raids in D2 and got a singular level out of it. Its just such a shitty grind and something you have to go out of your way to focus on it isnt even fun.

Bungie. Can you please just add an occasional random new nightmare. Im thinking something like an overload but strangely unstoppable. It needs to be light orange with a bad blond toupee, slightly fat and slow and it should mostly just sling ignorant insults at us for its damage. Like an oppressive darkness. It could be a one-off cabal if you like and non gender specific. It would make me love you in a new way that would lead me down a path of supporting you through anything. PLEASE AND THANKS!
