I can't see any fragments and none of the marionette kills progress the quest either so there's that.

For the marionette you must kill at taken bosses when they spawn then when defeating a champion will spawn kill that champion so it could count for the marionette I would recommend going to up in the rupture and spawning there again because it is more easier for the fragments you must pull out your ghost in order to see them

I understand all that you said. I have killed multiple enemies with the title of Marionette in their name so I know I am killing the right enemy. Also, I was standing right on top of where a fragment should be in Mercury with my ghost out in nav mode and also tracking the quest saying 0/25 fragments. It isn't something that I am doing or not doing. It is a bug.

No it’s just the game many people have had a problem with this part of the quest step on the fragments not showing for some reason

I manage to fix that step deleting the entire quest and picking up again. Many times until everything spawns and the marionettes counts.

Ok. Thank you. I tried deleting it once and attempting it but it didn't work so I gave up and hit the forums last night.

I get the weapon. You must persevere and logout delete the quest. Pick it up and then continue. Repeat it again and again. You will have results.
