Anyone else having issues with new event? Getting more then 1 or 2 others to show up? Seems everyone has simply walked off which I do fully understand. A week into season and barely can get anyone to run the "content" or whatever this garbage is.

Data shows it all. A few pop back in to see what's the new garbage like and then leave but avg.15k losses a month. Yeah I know console isn't included but damn compared to pre-steam this is a ghost town.
Keep up the stellar work Bungie!!! At this rate you might have 10k left by your new/reused content xpac of D1 and D2 already paid for items releases but that's without taking into account 2077 releasing Sept.
Next stop.....Destiny 2 is moving to android and IOS :) and you wouldn't need to change a thing!! Already doesn't have content so would fit right in.

Yeah I didn't play in months, took me ages to find anyone actually doing the event! Baffles me thst Vex Offensive had matchmaking but this doesn't.

THIS WILL BE MY LAST SEASON MY LAST DLC. I’m moving on after this season I’m afraid. It’s been a good run. I first played 2 months before Taken King dropped. It’s been 5 years, good times and sad times. I can’t keep logging in to this day after day. I’ll just play out this season and say Goodbye.

2 RisposteCalm down. Just start it, people show up. The sarcastic attitude won't improve you "experience". The contact event is a piece of fried GOLD and is honestly the most fun I've has since I started the game.
-
2 RisposteAll of my friends who I used to routinely raid with every week and have a fun time doing have all quit Destiny. And they have already decided to not get the fall DLC. And because of that I’m not preordering either. I don’t want to spend $70 and have zero friends to play. The bleed is real and I’m feeling it quite badly...

1 RispondiDestiny Tracker just started showing daily numbers again. The PVP daily number is the lowest I've ever seen it.

3 RisposteFunny stealth nerf to forges is funny.

3 RisposteWeapons and armor aren’t the only things sunsetting. You should read my game history of my clan mates. 😂😂. I’m like the last operating player on an 80 man roster. I feel like the last geezer in the old folks home . . . and the nurses are trying to kill me so they can sell the place. Nurses = Bungie

8 RisposteIt’s steam, meaning PC, so who really cares.

Working as intended

8 RisposteModificato da jerry5678: 6/19/2020 7:03:10 PMHistory keeps repeating itself. Bungie promises to fix their ways and bring awesome new expansion. You pay premium for maybe 2 hours of story content, strikes or activity. Sometimes recycling story missions into strikes(also known as a twofer) You pay ahead of time for a year worth of seasons that will consist of minimum effort content.Posibly a story mission or public event with NO MATCHMAKING. Bounty fest. Rinse and repeat until year ends Once the year content ends, they will repeat the same cycle. Get you hyped with videos and promos for the next expansion/year pass. There is absolutely no excuse for activities in destiny to lack matchmaking. Other than they do not want to invest effort and resources so that ALL THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS can enjoy the content they pay for. OR maybe,in their effed up minds, they think removing matchmaking will make content last longer and control player progression. OR they had a guy in charge of implementing matchmaking and he died. RIP wherever you are mate.

1 RispondiEvery season it's always an escalation type event. You would think they would separate it as a solo entity where you can have a 6 man fireteam, but no.....
-
5 RisposteThis season is exactly like the last one and the one before that. They're charging $10 for the same reskin. Do the boring reskinned public event and upgrade the thing. Obelisk, bunkers, and whatever that thing next to drifter is. Ridiculous. I really wish they'd just sell the franchise.

3 RisposteThat link you posted shows destiny 2 as the 8th most played game on steam... My issue is the lack of in game tools to actually play with others. In order to find folks to raid with, I have to go to a 3rd party site. Then I have to add them as a friend on steam (I generally like to use my friends list for people I actually know, you know... my friends). Then you have to join a 3rd party chat program because in game voice is terrible. Essentially they made an MMO then told their players to "figure it out" when it comes to communications, of which the raids need A LOT of.

3 RisposteDoes 2077 have a co-op mode like Destiny?
-
2 RisposteI see people login go to the tower, they realise they need to grind power to do the new stuff and they logout. Some do some bounties for cores and that's it.

Modificato da FdYAcsoyPKN83gLE: 6/20/2020 4:25:36 PMI will join them until Season 12 when it’s futile.

5 RisposteYou do realize that those are excellent numbers for a three year old game, and six year old franchise??
-
Using PC #'s is pretty flawed realistically, but I don't think you're reading that data properly if you think it illustrates a massive loss.
-
Shut up
-
4 RisposteI’ve seen better graphics in newer phone games 😂

Have had 0 issue finding people doing the event on PC. I start it and I get someone or two to jump in during the run. You can solo most of the event until the end lol.
-
2 RisposteNope, nobody Walked off
-
Nah I've had no issues with matchmaking and I'm also on console. I always have 1 or 2 ppl join me at the start of the contact event and by the end of it I have 5 people in total.
-
Have not had a single problem... Not even in the previous season. Why have you upset the God of matchmaking? You heathen
