PCMove 2020 still absolutely garbage missed out on a year now.
I’m tired and fed up with this process like this game was great and I enjoyed it now I can’t even touch it. I’m linked to battle net. I have tried this transfer countless times over the last 9 months. This is the worst system for transferring I’ve ever had to deal with in my life it just says error transferring entitlements every single time. I don’t know what else I can do but if nothing changes I want a 100% refund on the individual purchases for both dlc. Somebody please make this work for me or somebody please help me get my money back it’s the least I deserve for waiting 8 months I refuse to restart on new characters so this is a last hurrah kind of post.

As DC pointed out, your Bungie profile shows characters on your linked Steam account, with game history from prior to the big move to Steam. This would indicate that your data was successfully transferred to the Steam account you had linked. If you are not seeing your characters when you login on Steam to play, that most likely means that the account you have linked to your Bungie profile, is not the same account you are logging in with to play from. Please start up the game on Steam, create a character if necessary, and in the chat window type /ID. This will give you a string of numbers, which is the unique Steam ID of the account you are logged in with. Copy that string of numbers, and paste them in a reply to this thread. That way we can see if the accounts match, or not.

4 RisposteAccording to your account, you had 3 characters on your linked steam account that played prior to the move to steam from battlenet. So those were the battlenet characters that transitioned to your linked steam account. They are 750 power because you haven’t played after the move to steam when 750 became the minimum base power.
