I have removed the image provided in your post as accusing and calling out players who you believe are cheating is against the Bungie.net [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Legal/CodeOfConduct]Code of Conduct[/url]. Bungie takes claims of cheating very seriously and your best bet is to report the players via the in-game reporting tool. If you are unable to do so, you may still report them via the form located in [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13967]this help[/url] article. I will be locking this thread as naming and shaming in the forums are against the Code of Conduct.
