You're Pushing Players Away
I never had such a problem in trials like I am right now. Considering kistnof your playerbase religiously quits, why even enable light level advantages for this trials? In D1 it was UNNOTICEABLE, In d2 it's an entirely different story. Theres more no skill spray machines in this game than ever before. Everything that was good is completely nerfed, and has left us with a meta of shitter ARs that are just spraying down lanes. Its atrocious. All the pve dads get easy wins because they played possibly the worst season you've ever released, and that's saying something, reckoning is a thing. I just remember going flawless every week in d1, despite my light. I could run what I wanted and have fun. There was a PLETHORA of good options then. Now it seems I'm forced to use either Hard Light or Suros. Not to mention Warlock is easily the most neglected class solely due to HHSN, so every other class gets a working melee, while I have to pray mine actually hits. So many inconsistencies.

You arent forced to use anything in this game .. Such a false narrative.. I hate when people use that cop out statement I will agree however that people are real cornballs and will use any cheesy way to get ahead.. Like the crouch walking hiding in corners hardlight richochet spamming off the wall people.. I love how they buffed ARs.. Hard light doesnt need a Nerf .. The problem isnt the gun the problem is the people who do stupid cheesy things like I just mentioned

3 RispostePlayers also do this to themselves. There are A LOT of players that dont belong in trials or any comp but they cant admit to themselves they suck so they blame everything else. If youre going to play any sort of comp and u want ur best chance at winning PLAY THE -blam!-ING META! Even if u dont like the meta Otherwise stay out and stop complaining about loadouts and weapons. Its not the weapon. ITS YOU.

7 RisposteAt this point, I agree, bungie in a way is pushing us away, I’m a casual PvP and PVE player, and trials and the new difficulty in ordeal, and the casuals are given the seraph towers, and holy shit, it’s pathetic and stressful... This season so far has been bullshit, and the only thing saving this is later content, and that should not be happening...

As a warlock nova main since rise of iron, i feel warlocks are a little wonky right now in pvp at least. i know now that i will almost always lose a melee fight as the melee speed is twice as slow as the other classes, I remember when gauntlets in D1 gave you faster melee speed and it made a massive difference. so warlocks get a bigger melee distance, which given that shotguns will always be king in pvp given level design and mobility, having a longer normal melee is kinda pointless. hardlight and suros needs looking at, they kill faster then most weapons in the game.

6 RisposteI was talking about this with my clan today. In D1 we got Flawless many weekends and i'm a jobber at best. Now we're facing unbroken teams or ones that have 5-10 flawless runs in our first two games consistently. It used to be you'd find a tough team beyond 5 or so, in yr1 it was possible to not find one occasionally. Now it's right away. I think it's because of the player base size. Just a hunch though. I have not looked in to it.

I seriously don’t understand it. I don’t know. I’ve never had internet problems in this game. Maybe it’s cause I haven’t done trials yet, but ever since 2014 and the original trials, I haven’t had any complaints. Not sure. Not calling anyone out for lying. Just never can relate.

9 RisposteI said last season, Bungie are banking solely on Trials now to save the game. They're catering only to core streamers and the fact they've stopped dropping dlc, instead replacing it with temporary content to progress the Destiny story, which is both ridiculous and shows they've given up on the game as a whole.

2 RisposteI am not a big auto rifle fan. They needed a boost but they gave them too much of a boost. Now you can't do anything when you are last guardian standing. They will unleash the auto rifle rain of bullets on you. It is a bit like D1 all over with the Doctrine.

41 RisposteDude, you're overreacting. I went Flawless once on each character, mostly using a scout and a fusion. Sure, I did use Hard Light too, but that was just to get the elemental kills.

2 Risposteerror coded out of trials was my last straw. uninstalled yesterday. 2k hours since beta. I knew the game when it was worthwhile and this ain't worthwhile anymore. Time to move on as it's obvious bungie have shifted their focus off D2 and onto another IP.
