I’ve been lurking for a while now waiting and thinking about the next post to make. But coming back to offtopic after a while and seeing so many political posts regarding both sides, along with bait politics. Need to stop! or go somewhere else. I get it, we are living in weird times RN, almost had 3rd World War. And politics in the US (of course). And you want to share you view on theses topics. But here’s my issue (possibly someone else’s too) with that. People being bias. Now some might not realize that their being bias, and that’s ok we all get to learn. But it creates conflict with others, do you see? If I made a post about, let’s sayyyy an Android phone is better than an apple phone, and here’s why. No one would care, you have it stated in the title that you can’t change your mind, your bias. And then we’ll get people who are bias and saying apple phones are better then Android. Great more people that wouldn’t change their view and wants to sway others, bam conflict. And we go the people who don’t care or they see one phone can have better UI while the other has a better camera. Their both bad and good in different ways. Now let’s get back to the political posts. This is offtopic, a place where we share our creativity, our accomplishments, our failures and how it changed us. We come from so many background I can’t list them all. I’ve seen art, I’ve seen RP, I’ve seen funny posts, interactive posts, I can keep listing. But what do those have in common? They bring people together. For example, those Story post Asterisk (if I spelled that right). My friend flabber Jay and Jestingworm love that. I remember hearing them taking about “oh the new Asterisk is here!” There was excitement to see and connect with others in the story, other b.net users. Another one is what I did, I made a post about “If we had a Minecraft Server, would you join?” I got a lot of Yeses. And a reply from Dmg04. But there people were collaborating in building, killing the Ender dragon, sharing ideas. That’s what we need again. Not this petty political crap. If you want to keep the posting, go to reddit. You can log onto b.net right. Make an account on Reddit. I would call out people but I would violate Code of Conduct. But just quit it please. At least have it vary rare. Talk about something else. Something good. Like charities, or a cool story you herd off. Something we can appreciate. Sorry, I’m not big on politics cause I’m a neutral guy. So let’s just quit it. At least a week.
