Season of Trash, I mean Of Dawn so dissaponted
I realize since you split from Activision we get less content. But wow. Seasons of ribs worst thing to happen to destiny since you took out the factions. Maybe worse.
We need more content screw these activitys. We need more story driven end game stuff . And not just bits and peace's week after week. A deep driven narrative each season that affects all planets and areas. If your gonna recycle mercy you should have expanded the patrol zone gave us end game content to explore and ride around for the season. Instead of the same area with new things. I'd gladly see the infinite forst taken out of game and replaced with a addition patrol zone. That help more wonder and looked alot more varied then this dirt dirt Rock look we getting now. And all this buffing subclasses instead of just giving us or 4th sub class is so Reddick. If anything at least give us new subclass ski tree nodes to grow or current supers and ablitys. Od take that over a new exploding throwing knife anyday. That adds to long term leveling and replayability every season.
Season of dawn is a tot 10 dollar expansion. I'd have gladly played 40 for a new chunk or property and relastiate. And some pvp driven story narrative to balance out the year

Every. Three. Months. I dont know what you do for work, but imagine working at 6 times the efficiency for 1/6 the cost, and that's around what you're asking from the dev team.

2 RisposteThere is no dev on the planet that can keep up with how fast a hardcore player can burn through it. It probably takes 9-12 months to make something like Shadowkeep, which was an expansion plus a season of content in one release and I’d say pretty much every hardcore player had exhausted the content by the end of the first two months.

If you dont like it, dont buy it. It hasnt even hit yet, nor have complete patch notes. If you lower your expectations to something reasonable, you might have a better time. Otherwise, feel free to scream into a pillow and leave the forums without your self-induced preemptive angst.

Bungie really needs to focus on completing the broken story lines. Finish a stupid narrative for once. The whole game feels like a complete blundering mess once you hit end game. Between headache pinnacle b.s. gear too anything that goes beyond hard difficulty you need pre arranged teams. STOP WHAT THE -blam!- YOUR DOING BUNGIE AND JUST GIVE THE PUBLIC FULL MATCH MAKING MODE!!! WHO GIVES A RATS ASS IF ITS GOING TO BE MORE OF A CHALLANGE LET US DECIDE WHAT DIFFICULTY WE WANT TO PLAY WITHOUT YOUR TYRANNY! [/quote] How do you rhyme these two? The Infinite Forest is an aspect of the Vex' paracausality. You know the overarching story of Destiny is the clash of two paracausal forces, right? The Sky and the Deep? The Infinite Forest shifts the role of the Vex in this song and dance and puts them into a hugely contentious spot. You'd have something to complain about if the story turned to the Red Legion, because those have completely lost all relevance with the conclusion of the Red War (Cabal are still relevant under Calus, though) but the Vex? They're still a huge, glaring question mark that's hovering over the conflict between humanity and hive. Season of the Dawn is apparently expanding on that and working further on their paracausality and, possibly, the paracausal impact of the Infinite Forest. This could be -huge- for Destiny's story progression. And then there's also Saint-14 who was quite influential in the city's history. So there's that too. Story driven stuff? Season of Dawn has more than enough room to provide.

What we need is the community hsving realistic expectations. As for the idea that this was part of CoO, yeah let's play that game. It's very possible they have chunks of story and dialogue they hadn't used from previous entries just sitting around. Maybe instead of create new and possibly create newly unused content, like what we are talking about here..they decided just to use and center around previously cut content in order to make new content. It's possible to get have done this the entire time and it's possible that this idea is just as stupid as them just purposefully removing stuff to use down the road.

Now we know why Curse of Osiris was so shallow and empty. This 'season' is the remaining half of CoO that was held back to release as future 'content'. What a shame. I feel sorry for those that paid for this.

5 RisposteBungie had more manpower for previous expansions. You recognize this and understand we will have less content. Okay. They also worked their employees REALLY hard, and they were extremely tired with annual pass (from what i have heard). And that was with 2 other studios helping them. We also haven't played it yet. How about we play it and then hold judgement?
