I’ve come to the realization that I’m never getting the Recluse
I’ve been doing so well in Survival up until Heroic II, now I’m getting pummeled in most matches, with a win every once in a while
Now yes, this might not be a big deal, but I can’t help but get depressed and have no confidence, because I feel like I’m not good enough at Survival, never was, never will be
Update:I finally got to Fabled Rank, now all I gotta do is win Crucible matches(wish me luck), now a question, if I lose Fabled Rank because I heard that ranks below Fabled won’t be lost, so i don’t know if that applies to Fabled as well, will that remove the check mark for Fabled Rank achieved or will the mark remain, also when the new season starts will it reset the progress for The Stuff of Myth triumph?
Final Update: I GOT IT, I GOT THE RECLUSE!!!! VICTORY!!!!!!!!!

2 RisposteYou're almost there, just try to play smart. I'm 43, very average, and I got to about 3700 by myself this season. Treat every red dot on your radar as a battle, throw a grenade to make them go around to your teammates, try to team shoot, pulses are good, but use what you want. Use cover, use your dodges, don't give the other team free kills, better to disengage and survive, then hope you win a 1 v 1 by outrunning the other player. I main Walrock, but watching my son play hunter, I think they have best neutral game, he survives a lot because of speed, jumping, sliding, and dodging. I've been playing a little better lately by going around sniper lanes and trying to not die. Sounds simple but I would normally walk out and get sniped or push into multiple opponents or try to win a gun fight after I've been hit first, those are free lives, and each one matters. Good luck, you'll get there.

You are only 142 points away! You're getting that gun.

Modificato da RopeAdope: 11/14/2019 1:32:29 AMIf you’re not in a clan already, we’re always hiring. We like to learn stuff on our own and join teaching-LFG’s. Love iron banner (it’s the only time that you can chill and not have to be all sweaty.) and we’re on 🤣 a lot

Honestly, at your score, you could probably do three games a week, lose them all, then stay out of comp until weekly reset, and get your bonus points, then repeat for a couple weeks and hit 2100.
-
Have you tried chaperone? I got to Legend using it. What subclass have you been using?
-
2 RisposteBut your name literally states you are a pro gamer?? I'm confused
-
Do you want PvP tips?
-
Have you considered asking for help? Just a thought. Crying on an internet forum with this many trolls does nothing, looking for a realistic solution does help.
-
If you are getting depressed from a video game then maybe the gun is not ur actual problem?.....
-
1 RispondiCouple tips that worked for me. Play off hours if you can. Avoid prime time when the sweaty OEMs and shot gun sliders are likely to be around. Secondly, I could not finish that last stretch to Fabled in Freelance. I would win a few games in a row and then just get hammered with the worst teams or pitted against multiple OEMs each game no exaggeration. I started queuing into normal Survival and finished in no time. Idk why it was easier but it was. Give it a shot.

you can pretty much afk for the recluse these days, so you must be doing something drastically wrong! just go hide somewhere and dont die and your team mates will carry you to 2100. its way too easy this season.
-
Try playing at odd times. My sweatiest games are always during prime play times. The game seems to match me with better lobbies early in the afternoon, or early morning on the weekend.
-
Get it and enjoy it while you can because the recluse is going to be nerfed into the ground soon.
-
2 RisposteI‘ll give you a pro tip:
In Destiny it‘s build based and not skill based.
-
9 RisposteWhat build do you run? I was struggling until I came to the forums and saw everyone being salty about Erentil. So I equipped Erentil and went on a 7 game win streak 😊
-
2 RisposteJust play conservatively, try to back up a teammate, or mop up their engagements. If you arent blowing lives left and right, thats the main thing.
-
i agree i had two good wins then a loss takes you back and last night was bad and I did a rare thing and backed out at a rightful cost (banned). it was so bad and glitchy.
-
Saturday and Sunday mornings are a good time to play - the toxic fast-twitch teenagers are mostly still asleep You will get it, I did it this season on a Titan and actually finished with a 5 win streak to get past 2100 at a dash. I mostly used a good PvP roll of Blast Furnace with an SMG or Shotgun depending how things were playing out Also if you get within 100 points or so of the next rank, stop playing, and let the bonus Glory points for next reset take you into the next rank. then you cannot fall back below that
-
Keep trying (without grinding too much, like if i loose 2 games in a row i stop playing for a bit) and use strong builds. Also, you can stick with your teammates for fast kills or try to surround the enemy (i did this a lot) I got it this season thanks to the comp changes, took me 13 matches. Keep trying, cause i'm a noob too in pvp and i never thought about getting this gun, but here i am
-
You can do this. You’re almost there my friend <3 keep your head up.
-
1 RispondiI'm the exact way man, but for the Not Forgotten. You just get so demoralized and give up on your goal.
-
If you can’t get it now then either get a team or give up as this season is the easiest it’s every been
-
5 RisposteYou’ll get it. It can take some time and luck for sure. I managed to get to 5500 and I’ve not a strong PvP player. The solo survival list was good to me for the most part. Keep after it man !
