It gives more freedom and the ability to create a build centred around exactly what you want which I wouldn’t really say is a bad thing. I agree that most of PvE could be harder but I hear those master nightfalls are pretty ridiculous

Listen to the freedom I have. I want the EP set in arc, so I need to farm it 5 weeks in a row hoping I don’t get the same drop over those 5 weeks, if I do, I’ll then have to wait another week for 1 chance. And even then that 1 chance might not drop the element I need to then apply the mods I like. Gotta love that freedom

I think every armour set should have ornaments but still, that’s on you for only wanting literally the hardest-to-get-but-still-obtainable armour set in the whole game.

The problem is you are severly limited on "builds" currently as well as the 'specialized champions' limit what exotics you can run because primary exotics can run the ammo types.
