My problem is kinda a unique one, or it isn't I have no idea, but regardless I require some help with specifically with cross saving and in a wider aspect a bit of an issue with my account. A long time ago I linked an Xbox account to my Bungie.net account. To be completely honest I don't even remember what email I had it under and have no idea how to check. I haven't used that account since Halo Reach. I haven't really had a huge issue with it as I never really caused any problems, but now it has.
I have since switched from Xbox to PlayStation this recent generation. I been playing PC Destiny more and more lately because I have a larger network of friends on there and it is easier for me to find people to play with but I still had a Warlock on the PS4 that I spent ALOT of hours in. I want to see if I can cross save my old guardian and bring him into to PC realm. ( I have some personal attachment to him and his gear ) However, it seems the ghost of my middle school self has come back to haunt me. For me to use the cross save feature I need to verify/authorize ALL of my Bungie.net linked accounts. Since I don't even know what god awful throw away email I used some 9 years ago to create my microsoft account I cant even verify my own identity. I never played Destiny on my Xbox, nor owned one in forever. All I wish to do is to pull my PSN Guardian to my PC.
If anyone knows of a way to help me find the email of an old ass Xbox accout just from the Gamertag, or if there is a site admin who will be merciful and gracious to me and my stupidity i would greatly appreciate it.

I would suggest contacting Microsoft concerning recovering your XBL account. This will save you a lot of trouble and let you keep your current Bungie.net profile. If you are unable to gain access to your XBL account, then you will not be able to unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile. If you're trying to set up cross-save, then your only option will be to create a new Bungie.net profile and then unlink/relink the accounts you actually want to that new Bungie.net profile. Just keep in mind that if you go with the new Bungie.net profile, you will lose access to the code-granted bonuses you've redeemed on Bungie.net because those are tied to your current Bungie.net profile. You can see what you'll lose here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Codes . With the above being said, definitely contact Microsoft. They have various other methods to verify your account ownership, so hopefully they can help you out and keep you from needing to do the whole new profile thing. Good luck! If it helps you feel any better, your situation isn't too unique. There's several other users having the same issue where they forgot old account logins and having to do the same thing. Several of them have been able to work with MS (and several for Sony, too) to recover old forgotten accounts.
