Why is Forsaken no longer able to be purchased on PC? I want to get it so I can do all the activities I want to do, but I can't if I can't buy the damn expansion. Shadowkeep doesn't drop for another 3 weeks, am I supposed to wait a month to be able to play relevant content?

1 Rispondi[u]Community Buff/Nerf Wishlist: [/u] So I got this idea to put all our ideas for things that need adjustment. To start, these are my ideas and things I’ve picked up on while on the forums. Please comment and I’ll add or remove things or if you have a better solution. All numbers here are rough estimates and should be taken as such. Weapon Types: [spoiler]1. Pulse Rifles - High Impact: No change other than in the TWAB. - Adaptive: They seem to be running away with the meta. Their utility at all ranges combined with their quick ttk makes them dominant across all areas. Reduce range by 12, Increase Stability by 5, Reduce Handling by 5. Designed to reinforce them as mid range weapons and limit their effectiveness at long range. - Lightweight: Reduce Range by 8 to make room for adaptive. - Rapid Fire: Reduce Range by 3 to make room for other pulses. - Aggressive: Their High Range combined with their fire rate basically makes high impacts unusable in comparison. Reduce precision damage by 1. This increases precision hits required for optimal ttk by 1. Handcannons - Adaptive: There’s no reason to use over Lightweight in PvE. Increase precision Damage bonus by 7% (lol, not .07%) - Precision: Their lack of recoil and noticeable bloom makes them the only option on console. Reduce the range of all precision Frame handcannons by 15. Increase handling by 10. Sniper Rifles: - All: Increase PvE Precision Damage multiplier against bosses: +.75x. This it to put snipers back as effective DPS Weapons. Fusion Rifles: - Rapid Fire: You probably forgot these exist right... improve accuracy cone while ads. - Adaptive: Same as Rapid Fire but less of an improvement. Trace Rifles: - designed for a time when it was a [b]PRIMARY WEAPON[/b] the damage is underwhelming for the weapons being special. Increase damage in PvE by 40%. (Adjust up and down for precision/non-precision Damage). Rocket Launchers: - Adaptive: Increase reserve ammo by 1 - High Impact: Increase direct impact Damage by 10%. Linear Fusion Rifles: - Increase Precision Damage multiplier against bosses by .6x (to compensate for snipers.) Swords: - Honorable mention, but lack of use is due to encounter design and provenance of auto-Reload. Need time to adjust to needs to auto-reload. [/spoiler] Exotics: [spoiler]Sunshot and Graviton Lance - See the TWAB. Crimson - despite being good on paper, the gun is terrible. 2 options: 1. Increase damage to put on par with aggressive Frame handcannons and change ui to reflect real RoF. 2. Increase RoF to actually hit 415 rpm. Cerberus +1 - Allows spread shots to deal precision damage. Sweet Buisness - Move to heavy slot and reclassify as a solar machine gun. This gun is a remnant of the 2 primary system and needs to be reworked heavily. Vigilance Wing - Increase Precision Damage in PvE by 2%. Increase the potency of movement speed, reload speed and handling while its corresponding buffs are active. Jade Rabbit - Increase mag Size from 10 to 12. Wish-Ender - Increase Damage to Taken by +10%. Hardlight - remove screen shake and recoil normalized. It’s not perfect but the gun is not accurate and doesn’t make people sick. Trinity Ghoul - Bolt spread while ads with prefect draw reduced to allow combat at long range to be viable. Skyburner’s Oath - Slightly increase hipfire tracking potency. Ads Fire is not hitscan. Merciless - Increase reserve ammo from a base of 6 to 11 to put it in line with other fusion Rifles. (Total ammo increased from 14 to 19). Lord of Wolves - removed release the wolves. Added “Devil’s Due - Kills grant increased recovery for all allies stacks up to 3x. Landing rapid hits on a single target have a chance to ignite the target. (Recovery bonus provides 3 recovery per stack and lasts for a total of 8 seconds with a timer refresh on kill. Coldheart - Increase Damage bonus of longest winter by 60% but increase the rev time by 1.5x. Prometheus Lens - Fix damaging area to be more consistent. Thubderlord - Increase Lightning Damage by 20%. Truth - limit ammo pickup in crucible to 2 rockets. Wardcliff Coil - limit ammo pickup in crucible to 1 volley. 2-Tailed Fox - Increase reserve ammo by 1 to put in line with changes made to adaptive rockets. Colony - increased spider drone explosion damage by 4%. Queenbreaker - increased precision Damage multiplier of Marksman sights by 10%. Blind effect reworked to be more effective against majors and ultras. Sleeper Simulant - Increase Precision Damage multiplier by 5%. Worldline Zero - increased Tesseract Damage by 20%. 5 RisposteBungie I'm very happy with the recent increase in drops for reckoning and prime but theres a bigger problem at play here.. Outlast for example drops way more often than anything else .. bug out bag is the same way ... But guns like spare rations have a significantly lower drop rate .. and let's be real nobody wants Outlast or bug out bag .. everyone one wants spare rations .. I did around 15 plus runs today and I got 6 outlasts 1 gnawing hunger 1 spare rations 3 bug out bags .. I got 4 Outlasts in a row .. Why aren't weapons equal in their drop chances .. I've had almost every god roll you could ask for on Outlast and bug out bag multiple times .. but have never dropped a spare rations with rapid hit and damage perk .. which is another problem .. Spare rations has way to many potential perks compared to other weapons and it has one main perk for reload rapid hit .. year Outlast doesn't have as many perk options but can roll outlaw or feeding frenzy .. There is a clear difference on how easy good rolls are to get on these weapons .. spare rations being one of the worst guns to try and get a specific roll on .. even if your not worried about barrel or mag perks just getting rapid hit and say swashbuckler or rampage and considerably more difficult than I'd say getting an Outlast with the exact perk you want in every column .. Please address individual drop rates .. or give us an EP style system where one weapon drops more than others depending on the day or something .. I've been getting alot of drops from prime and reckoning but yet I still feel I'm wasting my time cause spare rations isn't dropping no where near as often as Outlast or bug out bag ..

I'm happy for the super nerfs and I'm happy for the skill match making .regardless of how u guys feel this is whats needed in comp and qp . In comp people complain about teams well solo que now .the recov has to work twice as hard to win and will most likely stay in reg comp que .skill match making and possitive gains from a loss Bec ur actually good is the best buff u can get .no more potatoes in high mythic .Bec ok so many players who just get luck and get carried through there wins . Now it. Will be even easier to hit higher ranks I solo and and am pushing on mythical door next season I'm going to solo to mythic but with no potatoes holding me down .

1 RispondiU guys just caint be satisfied when supers are doing too much damage and it's harder to kill making it a win or lose just bec of super u guys complain .now when u get what u asked u guys still complain .in pvp supers are the biggest dif of a win or lose witch is stupid in pve it makes sense to not be overpowered to make pve less casual .u guys wanted a grind u get grind then complain now they're nerfing every special gun mission making it a joke .every gun that was hard to get I got it then a week later they nerf the requirements for the people complaining that's not fair .if they keep listening to u guys u all are going to destroy this game .nerfing should be for over powered machanics or weapons that doint have a contender .but then again if the requirements to get those guns are extremely hard why are u complaining about them. Nf is suppose to be the top tier Luna is suppose to be top tier anyone can reach fable not everyone is going to reach legend .what's breaking the game is recovs .if all the people who got recovs never got them only 30% of the player base in lvl would have it sense the pvp player base for comp is less then 20%of the whole player base meaning only 1of every 50 players would be rocking Luna .nf would be onl1 every 200 to 300 players with this equiped only top 8% players in comp are able to hit legend and top 30%can hit fable they made it easier to get in this season now anyone with a possitive kd in comp can reach fable .instead of focusing on what gun needs nerfing focused of adapting .in pve there will always be op combos in lvl there's always a counter but it depends on the person using it
