You say you uninstalled the game, I'm confused here because from what I can tell you are having problems with the app not the game. When you did the uninstall did you reboot prior to installing it back on your phone?

Sorry! I mean i uninstalled the companion app several times.

I found the solution what worked for me on iPhone. Disabled all cookies, pop-ups and experimental features in Safari in iPhone settings.
